Submission procedure & guidelines

  • Abstracts can only be submitted by filling out the Google form available at the top of this webpage via the “Submit” button. Submissions must adhere to the deadlines listed above. Abstracts sent by fax or email will not be accepted for evaluation.
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • While filling out the Google form, you will be required to upload your abstract in PDF file. Download either a Latex or Word template by clicking on the buttons below.
  • The total length of the abstract should not exceed two pages including all figures/tables, which are optional. 
  • All abbreviations must be defined in first use.
Notification of Acceptance

  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.
  • Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding authors by mid-March 2025 for both Oral Presentations and Poster Presentations.
  • The Corresponding Author of each abstract will be notified of the evaluation results and is responsible for informing all co-authors of the abstract’s status.
  • Presenting authors’ registration deadline: 7 May 2025. Please note that the online registration portal will open in mid-March 2025.
  • After receiving the notification, all presenting authors must reconfirm their attendance. If you do not reconfirm your presentation, complete registration, and pay the registration fee by the specified deadline, your abstract will be withdrawn from the program.
  • Accepted abstracts will be considered for oral or poster presentation. Please note that the Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the presentation type and/or session of your abstract to align with programme needs.
