Duomo di Milano
Milan’s most iconic landmark of the city is the Duomo di Milano, a breathtaking Gothic cathedral that took nearly six centuries to complete. The church is devoted to the Nativity of Saint Mary. The exterior is adorned with thousands of intricate statues and spires, while the inside boasts beautiful stained-glass windows, marble columns and statues.

One of the most famous paintings in the world, Leonardo da Vinci’s Il Cenacolo is housed in the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie. Pinacoteca di Brera and district
The art gallery Pinacoteca di Brera features masterpieces by Caravaggio (“La cena di Emmaus”), Raphael (“Lo sposalizio della Vergine”), and Titian ( “San Girolamo penitente”), but also pieces of arts such as “The kiss” by Fracesco Hayez. It’s located in the charming Brera district, known for its bohemian atmosphere, cute cafés, and boutique shops.
National Museum of Science and Technology “Leonardo da Vinci”
One of the most big Science and Technology museums of all Europe, the Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci features incredible exhibits on Leonardo da Vinci’s inventions, space exploration, transport, and more.


Pirelli Hangar Bicocca
Pirelli HangarBicocca is a non-profit foundation dedicated to the production and promotion of contemporary art. Located in a former industrial building that was once the site of locomotive production, Pirelli HangarBicocca hosts several temporary exhibitions and a permanent exhibition of Anselm Kiefer’s The Seven Heavenly Palaces 2004-2015, a monumental installation with seven concrete towers that has become one of Milan’s most iconic works.
Fondazione Prada
The Fondazione Prada is one of Milan’s most important contemporary art and culture spaces. Opened in 2015, it is housed in a former gin distillery, redesigned by architect Rem Koolhaas. The building articulation reflects the vocation of the Fondazione: a space where the coexistence of diverse disciplines and languages generates resonances and unpredictable cultural intersections. Indeed, the foundation showcases avant-garde temporary exhibitions, installations, and film screenings.


Museo Del Novecento
The Museo Novecento is dedicated to the art of the 20th and 21st centuries. It’s located in the Arengario Palace, right in Piazza del Duomo and it contains more than 400 masterpieces, including works of futurism by Boccioni, Balla and Severini, as well as pieces by Lucio Fontana Mondrian and Kandisky

This 16th-century church, also called, the “Sistine Chapel of Milan“, is famous for its extraordinary frescoes covering every inch of its walls and ceilings.
