Registration fees include VAT but do not cover any form of insurance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated via email to financial-secretariat-imt16@promoest.com, and all requests will be confirmed by email. Cancellations submitted on or before April 17, 2025, will be refunded minus a €50 administrative fee, while those made after this date will be non-refundable. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
INVOICING INFORMATION
